A Walk Down Diagon Alley...
Ever since the rumors started many years ago, I've been itching to go to the new Harry Potter section of the Universal Studios Hollywood Theme Park. It opened to the public last month, and I was finally able to fulfill my childhood dream and walk through the magical street that is Diagon Alley. Simply entering that section of the theme park transported you into a different dimension. The buildings were covered in snow and everyone walked around in long, black robes sporting their House emblems.

There is one building in the theme park that I guarantee will take your breath away: The Castle. It's BEAUTIFUL. It looks very grand; definitely fit for a princess (or a bunch of wizards, trolls, and three-headed dogs!).

While I was there, I was able to enjoy a refreshing, frozen Butterbeer. For anyone wondering, it's exactly like butterscotch cream soda, and I guarantee that it will satisfy your sugar craving for a week and a half! But since I have a major sweet tooth, I decided to stop by the Simpsons section of the theme park and pick up these majorly oversized donuts.

Of course, my hand is there to prove how GIANT these donuts actually were! Obviously, these were shared between me and my family. Even my sweet tooth couldn't handle THAT much sugar!
Overall, I had an amazing day at Universal Studios Hollywood! I went for the Harry Potter section of the park, and I wasn't disappointed. It truly was a magical experience, and if you're a Harry Potter nerd, like myself, book your plane ticket sooner rather than later. I promise, you won't regret it!
